Offering weekly, monthly and long term rentals, Anastasia Condos offers some of the finest views along St. Augustine Beach.  A total of 110 condominiums were built in 1978 (prior to the 35’ height restriction in our county) on 7 floors ranging from 1250-1500 sq. feet in either 2 or 3 bedroom flats.  Three elevators are available.



The association has made many improvements to the complex recently, including a new lobby and welcome center. The community has a gated entrance, some garages, well lighted parking, heated pool, tennis and clubroom.
