Ocean Village Club

The gated entrance combined with convenience to shopping and restaurants make Ocean Village Club a great choice for either rental or ownership.  Two community pools are offered (one heated), a clubhouse, tennis, car washing station, Bocci Ball, shuffleboard courts and large lawns for Frisbee and other games round out the amenities. 

The community has private beach access for pedestrians, plus easy beach access for cars.  Buildings F, I, L, Q and R offer elevators, so you’ll find slightly higher association dues in those buildings.
