Vilano Beach

One of St. Augustine’s most rapidly improving areas can be found to the north of downtown and just across the Usina/May Street Bridge.  Vilano Beach is quickly transforming from a sleepy seaside neighborhood to an updated Town Center with all the expected amenities. You’ll already find new roads, tile on the sidewalks, newly planted trees and new shops and restaurants opening. A Publix grocery store is planned for the near future.  The public beach access and fishing pier have been updated for all to enjoy.  Watch for good property appreciation in this area in the coming years.
