One of the best places to live in the country!

That’s what drew Greg to St. Augustine back in 2000. His wife, Becca, grew up in Florida and had many fond memories of this historic little town. After one visit, Greg understood why. They made it their goal to eventually settle down in the beach community. 

Greg is originally from Memphis, Tennessee where he began nine years of service with FedEx. He moved up the ranks to become a sought after operations and quality assurance manager and learned that hard work pays off. He continues to apply that motto in his real estate career.

After living in California for a few years, Greg and Becca were ready to make their long time goal a reality. When they decided to leave their corporate jobs in California, Greg and Becca knew exactly where they wanted to go. St. Augustine Beach became their new home where they enjoy walking and biking on the beach as well as strolling through the old town.  

Greg pursued a career in real estate, and after carefully considering real estate firms, he decided Watson Realty was, by far, the best organization in Northeast Florida. The training, support and infrastructure of Watson combined with Greg’s work ethic quickly propelled him to the ranks of the Top Producing Realtors in St. Johns County, and that’s where he’s stayed.

Greg sees his customers as his neighbors, so it’s no wonder many of his customers are now some of his closest friends!

Proudly worked For Federal Express for 9 years where he received extensive Management, Logistical and Customer Service training.

Lived in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and Carlsbad, California as well as St. Petersburg, Florida.

Enjoys traveling, scuba diving and bicycling.
